Spencer The Jeweller is a well-established working jewellers based in Eccleshall. Quality bespoke pieces are undertaken. David Spencer trained and gained experience in design and manufacture of fine jewellery in Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter for 17 years before relocating to Staffordshire in 2004.
